Ina Garten Limoncello Fruit Salad Recipe

Ina Garten Limoncello Fruit Salad

Limoncello Fruit Salad is a fresh fruit medley dressed in a zesty limoncello syrup made with the classic Italian lemon liqueur. The tangy dressing enhances the natural sweetness of the fruits, making it a crowd-pleaser for brunch, parties, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup limoncello (lemon liqueur)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruits

  • Wash and cut: Wash the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, and pineapple. Cut larger fruits, like strawberries and pineapple, into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Make the Limoncello Dressing

  • Mix the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the limoncello, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.

Step 3: Toss the Salad

  • Combine the fruits: In a large mixing bowl, add all the prepared fruits.
  • Add the dressing: Pour the limoncello dressing over the fruits and toss gently to coat evenly.

Step 4: Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate: Cover the salad and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint just before serving.
