A show-stopping Christmas tree-shaped charcuterie board that’s as delicious as it is festive. Layered with savory meats, creamy cheeses, fresh fruit, and crunchy crackers, it’s the perfect centerpiece for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel Brie cheese
  • 4 oz aged white cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 4 oz Gouda cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup Marcona almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 (8 oz) box water crackers
  • 1 (8 oz) box wheat crackers
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 starfruit, sliced (for tree topper)

Instructions

  1. Select a large rectangular platter or board (at least 18×12 inches). If using a wooden board, line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Begin building the tree shape: Place the Brie wheel at the top center as the tree topper base. Arrange rosemary sprigs around it to resemble branches.
  3. Form the tree trunk: Stack a few cucumber slices vertically below the Brie to create a trunk.
  4. Create the first tier: Arrange a row of prosciutto slices, folded loosely, in a horizontal line just below the trunk, extending outward to form the widest part of the tree.
  5. Add the second tier: Below the prosciutto, arrange alternating groups of salami and turkey breast, overlapping slightly, in a slightly narrower row.
  6. Continue layering: Add rows of cheese cubes (cheddar and Gouda), alternating colors, in subsequent tiers, making each row slightly narrower to form the tree shape.
  7. Fill gaps: Tuck green grapes, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices into the spaces between meat and cheese to create a lush, full look.
  8. Add accents: Scatter black and green olives, Marcona almonds, and dried cranberries around the tree and at the base to resemble ornaments and gifts.
  9. Place starfruit slice at the very top of the Brie for a star. Drizzle honey lightly over the Brie and some fruits.
  10. Arrange crackers around the base of the tree and in small piles nearby for easy access.
  11. Garnish with additional rosemary sprigs tucked into the board for a fresh, festive aroma.
  12. Serve immediately, or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
