Ina Garten Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ina Garten Banana Nut Bread

Ina Garten’s Banana Nut Bread is a classic quick bread made with ripe bananas, butter, sugar, eggs, and nuts, such as walnuts or pecans. The bananas keep the bread moist, while the nuts add a delightful crunch. This recipe is simple to make and requires no special equipment—just a mixing bowl and a loaf pan.

  • Fold in the dry mixture – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Add the nuts – Gently fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
  • Pour into the pan – Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake the bread – Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
